• This is not an escort service, companionship service, or any form of sexual solicitation.
• Participants are never required to engage in intimate or physical activity.

3. Conduct & Safety
• You agree to behave respectfully and professionally on all dates arranged through Date Boss.
• You always have the right to decline or cancel a date.
• You are solely responsible for your personal safety during any meetings.
• Date Boss strongly recommends that all dates take place in public venues (cafés, restaurants, public events).
• Participants are advised to share their location and meeting details with a trusted friend or family member prior to each date.
• Date Boss is not responsible for your safety and cannot guarantee the behavior of any client.

4. Payments
• Payments for dates are processed through Date Boss or its representatives.
• You agree to the commission structure communicated to you during onboarding.
• You will not attempt to bypass Date Boss to arrange private payments with clients.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy
• You agree not to share or misuse any client information obtained through Date Boss.
• Your personal information (photos, details) will only be used for matchmaking and promotional purposes with your consent.

6. Liability
• Date Boss facilitates introductions but is not responsible for the conduct of individuals during dates.
• By joining, you acknowledge and accept that you are participating at your own discretion and risk.
• Date Boss is not liable for damages, disputes, or incidents arising from your participation.

7. Termination
• Date Boss may suspend or remove participants at any time for violating these terms.
• You may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying management.

8. Acceptance By applying and checking the “I Agree” box, you acknowledge that you:
• Have read and understood these terms.
• Accept full responsibility for your safety during dates.
• Agree to follow recommended safety practices, including public meetings and sharing your location with a trusted person.
• Confirm that you are joining Date Boss voluntarily.

9. Third party sharing
By joining you also consent to have your photos and information shared across other dating platforms (used to get you more potential dates)
